    Children of the Prolet Kindergarten preform as part of the completion ceremony Aug. 19 for a Humanitarian Civil Assistance school roof project in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. The roof was one of the projects completed by the 390th Engineer Company out of Chattanogga, Tenn., and the Bulgarian Army funded by the U.S. European Command through the U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation Bulgaria.
