    Capt. Tom L. Whitehouse, 28, the acting Operation Forces commander for the 4th Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment based in Vilseck, Germany, reviews the operations order with squad leaders before executing the mission at the Babadag Training Area in eastern Romania, Sept. 24. Typically leaders received operation orders during the day and then the teams loaded their Strykers and headed to the sprawling hills of BTA immediately after dinner.
