    U.S. Army Pfc. Alexander W. Collins, 20, a signal systems support specialist for M troop, 4th Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment based in Vilseck, Germany, synchronizes a Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System before the night's training mission at the Babadag Training Area in eastern Romania, Sept. 23. Soldiers training at BTA in this year's third annual Joint Task Force-East exercise have been conducting at least one mission a day during five-day rotations in the field.
