Eric K. Fanning, acting under secretary of the Army, is briefed on the on the versatile capabilities possessed by the 18th Field Artillery Brigade high mobility artillery rocket system while participating in a live-fire exercise at Fort Bragg, N.C., Aug. 11. Fanning visited the post to observe both conventional and special operations capabilities first hand and to discuss concerns of the individual soldiers and commanders.
