Eric K. Fanning, acting under secretary of the Army, participates in a high mobility artillery rocket system live-fire exercise with crews of the 18th Field Artillery Brigade at Fort Bragg, N.C., Aug. 11. Fanning visited the post to observe both conventional and special operations capabilities first hand and to discuss concerns of the individual soldiers and commanders.
