Maj. Gen Greg Lusk (left), the Adjutant General of the North Carolina National Guard, administers the oath of office to newly promoted Maj. Michael Ariano, the Multinational Battle Group-East liaison officer to the Kosovo Force Headquarters, after promoting him from the rank of captain to major, July 18, 2015, at the KFOR headquarters at Camp Film City, Kosovo. During his visit, Lusk met with Soldiers deployed on NATO’s peace support mission in Kosovo to learn about their mission and discuss the role of the Army Reserve and National Guard in the deployment.
