III Marine Expeditionary Force Band performs at a change of command ceremony for 3rd Marine Division where Maj. Gen. Richard L. Simcock II assumed command of the division from Maj. Gen. H. Stacy Clardy III at Camp Courtney, June 26, 2015. Simcock’s previous duty was deputy commanding general of 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, II Marine Expeditionary Force.
