    Petty Officer 1st Class Cody Howard, a resident of Mobile, Ala., Seaman Michael Glewwy, a resident of Live Oak, Calif., and Petty Officer 3rd Class Jeremy Allgeyer, a resident of Satellite Beach, Fla., work together to assemble the outrigger which helps support the vessel of opportunity oil skimming system for a joint training exercise Sept. 30. Howard, Glewwy and Allgeyer are inserting bolts to secure the universal joint that connects the outrigger to the Coast Guard Cutter Anthony Petit while it moves through the water.
