Thomas Stock, assigned to Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC), levels a surveying instrument with a high school student during the Naval Base Ventura County science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) summer camp. The students, from schools around Ventura County, spent the day at Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1 and Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) to learn how the Seabees apply STEM to construction as part of the four-day camp around Naval Base Ventura County.
