Col. Dave Buckingham (left), of Manns Choice, Pa., receives the oath of office from Maj Gen. Robert Calsen Jr., commanding general of Multi-National Division– North, Sept. 1, at Combat Outpost Cashe South, Iraq, in the Ma'dain region outside eastern Baghdad. Calsen served as Buckingham's brigade commander during their time together in the 101st Airborne Division. Buckingham commands the 5th Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Multi-National Division –Baghdad.
