U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Nathan Rosier, 823rd Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron structural supervisor, out of Hurlburt Field, Fla., uses a level to ensure bricks are properly placed during the construction of walls for a new school building at the Gabriela Mistral primary school in Ocotes Alto, Honduras, June 3, 2015. Rosier, a Painesville, Ohio native, is working a project which is one part of the New Horizons Honduras 2015, an annual humanitarian and training exercise put on by U.S. Southern Command. New Horizons was launched in the 1980s and is an annual joint humanitarian assistance exercise that U.S. Southern Command conducts with a partner nation in Central America, South America or the Caribbean. The exercise improves joint training readiness of U.S. and partner nation civil engineers, medical professionals and support personnel through humanitarian assistance activities.
