The PAO team used medical training limbs to add realism to the final scene. Col. Kohler puts his time as a corpsman to good use for this scene. The U.S. Army European Command's Humanitarian Mining Action program brought the Estonian Rescue Board and Maryland National Guard Soldiers together to create public service announcements. The purpose of this project is to raise awareness of and educate the public about the unexploded ordnance issue in Estonia.
