Staff Sgts Michael Davis Jr. and Margaret Taylor, members of the 29th Mobile Public Affairs detachment, prepare the lab scene of the awareness video. The U.S. Army European Command's Humanitarian Mining Action program brought the Estonian Rescue Board and Maryland National Guard Soldiers together to create public service announcements. The purpose of this project is to raise awareness of and educate the public about the unexploded ordnance issue in Estonia.
