MEDFLAG 09 exercise co-directors Umbutfo Swaziland Defence Force Lt. Col. Moses Swane and Army Lt. Col. Michael Money talk to each other about the upcoming two-week exercise prior to the opening ceremony at the USDF headquarters in Manzini, Swaziland, Aug. 3, 2009. MEDFLAG is a joint and combined military exercise that supports the U.S. Africa Command commander's Theater Security Cooperation strategy wherein USAFRICOM components send medical capabilities to African countries.
