U.S. service members, Umbutfo Swaziland Defence Force and U.S. Embassy leaders participate in MEDFLAG 09 exercise's opening ceremony at the USDF Headquarters in Manzini, Swaziland, Aug. 3. MEDFLAG is a joint and combined military exercise that supports the U.S. Africa Command commander's Theater Security Cooperation strategy wherein USAFRICOM components send medical capabilities to African countries.
