Sgt. Anthony Caldwell demonstrates the pushup with elementary students April 24 during career day at Pirtle Elementary School in Temple, Texas. Caldwell, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, talked with students about what it was like to serve as an infantryman in the U.S. Army, and passed around some typical equipment Soldiers use. The battalion is partnered with the elementary school as part of the Fort Hood Adopt-a-School program.
