SAN ANTONIO – (April 20, 2015) (Lt) Cleveland native, Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class Cecil Ford of Navy Recruiting District San Antonio, along with other recruiters, interacts with students of Winston Churchill High School after a performance by Navy Band Southwest’s rock band, The Destroyers, during Fiesta 2015. The band’s purpose was to spread Navy Awareness through Navy Recruiting Command’s Music for Recruiting program. Fiesta is the nation’s third largest of its kind behind only Mardi Gras and the Rose Festival.
