First Lt. Kira Gonzalez, Missile Combat Crew commander from F.E. Warren Air Force Base, runs through procedures in a missile procedures trainer March 19, 2015, at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., in preparation for the launch of an unarmed Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile. The missile crews came from both F.E. Warren and Malmstrom Air Force Base to perform two test launches in less than a week, and provided inputs to launch the two test missiles more than 6,000 miles away at a test range near Guam.
