South Korean army vice chief of staff., Lt. Gen. Park Chan-ju (right) and Eighth Army commander, Lt. Gen. Bernard S. Champoux (left) signed a memorandum of agreement during a ceremony at the Van Fleet Room in Eighth Army's headquarters on Yongsan Garrison, South Korea Feb. 12, 2015 that ensures members of the South Korean and American armies are able to communicate via military radios.
