The command team from the Combined Joint Civic-Military Operations Task Force element of Exercise Cobra Gold 2015 converses with Saraburi Province Deputy Governor Phakaphong Tavipatana at the city hall of Mueang Saraburi, the capital district of Saraburi Province, Thailand, on Jan. 28, 2015. The CJCMOTF command team built rapport with the deputy governor and his province in discussing the Engineer Civic Action Program site at Ban Sub Prik Elementary School located in Saraburi Province’s Muak Lek District.
