Diaz, staff noncommissioned officer in charge of a detachment of soldiers from 797th Engineer Company, based out of Guam United States Army Reserve Center, Guam, helps guide a column down to its foundation at Ban Nhong-Plong Elementary School, Chai Badan District, Thailand, Jan. 24, 2015. As part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2015, a combined force of U.S., Chinese and Thai military engineers have been constructing the multipurpose building since Jan. 19, which is slated to officially open after its dedication ceremony on Feb. 19.
