A combined force of U.S., Chinese and Thai military and civilian engineers give thumbs up following a column raising ceremony at Ban Nhong-Plong Elementary School, located in Chai Badan District, Thailand, Jan. 24, 2015. As part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2015, the engineers have been constructing a multipurpose building since Jan. 19, which is slated to officially open after its dedication ceremony on Feb. 19.
