Sam the cooking guy, a San Diego celebrity chef, and culinary specialist Petty Officer 2nd Class Jesus Madera squeeze out batter to make eclairs aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. During his tour of the bakery, Sailors had the chance to show Sam how they prepared different dishes for the crew. Ronald Reagan and Carrier Air Wing 14 are underway conducting a sustainment exercise in the Pacific Ocean.
