Soldiers from the 902nd Engineer Company (Vertical), 15th Engineer Battalion, 18th Engineer Brigade, Grafenwoehr, Germany, help a Soldier from the Construction Engineers, Combat Support Battalion, Land Force Infantry Brigade, Latvia, while he fastens wood into place on a rappel tower Sept. 23, 2014. The engineers are deployed for training in Latvia as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a series of exercises to demonstrate U.S. commitment to NATO allies.
