American Soldiers with the 902nd Engineer Company (Vertical), 15th Engineer Battalion, 18th Engineer Brigade, Grafenwoehr, Germany, work side by side with the Construction Engineers, Combat Support Battalion, Land Force Infantry Brigade, Latvia, to construct a rappel tower here Sept. 23, 2014. The U.S. engineers are deployed for training in Latvia as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a series of exercises to demonstrate U.S. commitment to NATO allies.
