Latvian and US engineers construct a rappel tower

ADAZI, Latvia - U.S. Soldiers from the 18th Engineer Brigade and Latvian Soldiers from the Land Force Infantry Brigade construct a rappel tower Sept. 23, 2014.

The rappel tower is to be used for training exercises during Operation Atlantic Resolve. Atlantic Resolve is a combined arms training exercise meant to increase interoperability and synchronization within allied forces.
