Damage Controlman 3rd Class Anthony B. Cabell, aboard the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Vandegrift (FFG 48), assists in moving stores down a ladder well during a port visit to Panama City, Panama. Vandegrift, on her last scheduled deployment prior to a slated decommission in March 2015, is currently on patrol within the 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
