Julienne Almonte cut a ribbon opening the 3rd Fleet Indications and Warnings Sensitive Compartment Information Facility (SCIF) Supplementary Plot. Moving the SCIF to the same location as the Maritime Operations Center (MOC), the MOC will be better supported and have higher functionality.
