    Pvt. Breck Noland, a Milton, Wash., native and fire support specialist for Company B, 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade spreads topsoil in preparation for the construction of Jakob Westholmi Gumnaasium’s school playground Aug. 16 in Tallinn, Estonia. Noland and nine other paratroopers from Company B joined students, parents and staff members expand the school’s playground in the midst of combating with severe thunderstorms. The service project was an opportunity to contribute to the local community supporting the 173rd Airborne and their participation in Operation Atlantic Resolve, dedicated to demonstrating commitment to NATO obligations and interoperability with allied forces.
