    An instructor for the Northern Oil Company Regional Training Academy teaches cadets how to run in formation at the Iraqi Oil Protection Force Program, Kirkuk, Iraq, Jan. 8, 2009. Over 200 cadets are enrolled in an eight week program offered by the Northern Oil Company to train a more professional security force to protect the natural resources vital to the region.
