    Iraqi Oil Protection Force cadets learn to maintain proper spacing while marching in formation by touching the shoulder of the cadet in front of them while training at the Northern Oil Company Regional Training Academy, Kirkuk, Iraq, Jan. 8, 2009. Over 200 cadets are enrolled in an eight week program offered by the Northern Oil Company to train a more professional security force to protect the natural resources vital to the region.
