Missouri National Guardsmen assigned to the 139th Airlift Wing Medical Group and U.S. Soldiers from the 735th Quarter Master Company search and extraction team from the, carefully pull victims from a rubble pile during Vigilant Guard 2014, Crisis City, Salina, Kansas, Aug. 6. Vigilant Guard is a joint exercise in which the National Guard partners with civilian agencies to work and train together in natural disaster scenarios.
