U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Tyler Parker, 184th Civil Engineer Squadron, Air National Guard, emergency manager, discusses the operational capabilities of the Mobile Emergency Operations Center which was deployed to Vigilant Guard 2014, Crisis City, Salina, Ks., Aug. 6. This exercise is a large-scale, multi-state disaster response scenario sponsored by U.S. Northern Command and the National Guard Bureau that tests the capabilities of emergency response agencies at all levels of government, both military and civilian.
