A military training or demonstration event in a forested area featuring personnel in multiple camouflage uniforms alongside a civilian videographer. Two olive-green launch tubes with black foam end caps and yellow markings are laid on the ground in the foreground, consistent with AT4 or similar single-use anti-armor rocket launchers. The mixed uniforms suggest a multinational military exercise.

Sgt. Michael G. Black (left), an Algonquin, Ill., native serving as a section leader for 1st Platoon, Troop B, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, explains the functions of the Javelin anti-tank weapon system’s Command Launch Unit to Jeffrey D. Levine, the U.S. Ambassador to Estonia, July 29 at Estonia’s Tapa Training Area. Levine and other senior American and Estonian military officers and government officials watched Troop B’s live-fire demonstration of the Javelin missile system. Approximately 600 paratroopers from the brigade are in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, which includes combined training exercises that foster cohesive relationships and demonstrate a commitment to NATO obligations.
