A military medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) helicopter, identifiable by the red cross markings, is landed on a snow-covered field while several personnel in cold-weather gear approach or work around it. A second helicopter is visible airborne in the background against an overcast, stormy sky. The scene appears to depict a winter MEDEVAC training exercise or actual rescue operation in a remote, mountainous area.
