    Chief Warrant Officer Jake Wiegand, a CH-47 Chinook helicopter pilot with the 1-189th Aviation Battalion, adds fuel to the fire between classes during a cold weather survival training exercise on top of McDonald Pass in January. Close to 90 Soldiers with the 190th Chemical Reconnissance Detachment and Charlie and Delta company of the 189th spent their day brushing up on winter survival skills in the event that the Soldiers got stranded in the cold.
