CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait -- Army Sgt. 1st Class Leopold A. Lindsay, a 115th Area Support Group combat engineer, raises his right hand has he became a U.S. citizen at a naturalization ceremony Dec. 15 at the Zone 1 Chapel here. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica and Twenty three other servicemembers from 16 different countries became U.S. citizens.
