A tour group of young women from the Women of Tomorrow Mentor and Scholarship Program ask Rear Adm. Michelle Howard, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group Two, questions about what it is like being a woman and a leader in the Navy. They met with Howard after taking a tour of USS Halyburton (FFG 40). The tour was part of the 20th fleet week in Port Everglades, south Florida's annual celebration of the maritime services.
