Chief Special Warfare Boat Operator (SWCC) J.C. Ledbetter, assigned to the U.S. Navy parachute demonstration team, the Leap Frogs, carries Girl Scout Troop 207's guidon during the Walk with the Mayor event at Al Lopez Park. The team led a pre-walk stretch and participated in the event as part of Tampa Bay Navy Week. Navy Weeks are designed to showcase the Navy's talented people and its broad-ranging capabilities in areas where there is little or no everyday Navy presence.
