Military personnel from multiple nations are boarding or preparing to board a large military transport aircraft, likely a C-130 Hercules, on a tarmac. The scene appears to be a multinational military operation or exercise, with personnel wearing different uniforms including camouflage, naval, and air force patterns. The setting appears to be a tropical location based on the palm trees and lush vegetation visible in the background.

The CHE provided additional medical relief and assistance to an area devastated by Typhoon Yolanda on November 8, 2013. More than 390 community members received medical treatment and health classes during the engagement.
