    Members of the Provincial Reconstruction Team and representatives of United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization visit the Shrine of Hatra, in Hatra, Iraq, Nov. 20. Hatra is one of three areas in Iraq that is a World Heritage site. UNESCO works to create the conditions for genuine dialogue based upon respect for shared values and the dignity of each civilization and culture.
