A classroom in what appears to be a developing country has been converted into a temporary medical clinic or humanitarian aid station. Military personnel in camouflage uniforms and civilian medical staff are attending to local patients, including children and adults, at various stations throughout the room. The original classroom setting is still visible through student artwork, educational posters, and school furniture.

Residents from near the village of Dolores receive medical care April 28, 2014, in Dolores, a remote village in southern Belize. Residents received the care from Belizean health care workers, as well as Canadian and U.S. military care providers during a medical readiness training exercise, or MEDRETE. The MEDRETEs offer medical health professionals from all three countries the opportunity to train and interact with one another while providing free health care to Belizean residents.
