Lt. Robert Briggs explains the purpose and features of the Rolling Airframe Missile system aboard the littoral combat ship USS Freedom to students from The Ohio State University Navy Reserve Officers Training Corps during the ship's port visit in Cleveland. Freedom is the Navy's newest ship to join the fleet with the ability to respond to threats near shore and at sea, that includes attacking submarines, fast-moving surface boats and neutralizing mines.
