Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Col. Hidetoshi Fujita, left, U.S. Marine Col. Scott F. Stebbins, center, and U.S. Air Force Col. Charles B. McDaniel, receive a briefing about JGSDF command and control systems April 15 at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma. The briefing was part of an overarching exhibition highlighting the air-defense capabilities of the 15th Anti-aircraft Artillery Regiment. Fujita is the commander of the 15th AAR, 15th Brigade, Western Army, JGSDF. Stebbins is the commanding officer of Marine Air Control Group 18, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force. McDaniel is the vice commander of the 18th Wing.
