Air Force and Italian doctors work together correcting cleft lip and palates and providing free surgery for Iraqi families. Clefts are a major problem in developing countries, those who have it can't eat or speak properly and aren't allowed to attend school or hold a job. Aten is deployed from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska.
