Top military officers from Exercise Cobra Gold 2014 observed approximately 400 U.S. service members and Royal Thai Armed Forces paratroopers jump into Thailand as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 14, an annual Thai-U.S. co-sponsored joint and multinational exercise, Feb. 15. Paratroopers with U.S. Army 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Marine Corps and Thai counterparts traveled 19 hours directly from Alaska and jumped at 14,000 feet from five C-17 Globemaster IIIs. This training opportunity demonstrates the ability to project this unit anywhere around the world, quickly and with joint support. (photo by Sgt. 1st Class Crista Mary Mack, U.S. Army)
