In December 2013, the 1189th Transportation Brigade, Deployment Support Command, conducted SeaPort Operations Company 14-1 (SPOC) exercise at Joint Base Langley Eustis. Soldiers of the 441st Transportation Company, New Orleans, Louisiana grounded guided a vehicle to store and ship on the “land ship” built for the purpose of training and refreshing skills of cargo specialists and transportation coordinators.
