'Rock' McIlvain of Raleigh, a contractor with Jones-Onslow Electric Membership Corporation, works quickly to restore power to Marine Corps Air Station New River, Sept. 6, 2008, following Tropical Storm Hanna's visit to the station. JOEMC responded immediately to a request for assistance, sending seven teams in support of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and New River.
