Sitting on the dock of the Marine Corps Air Station New River Marina, a lone bird seems to wait for Tropical Storm Hanna to depart Sept. 6, 2008. Flying guests may be the only visitors able to reach this dock until the water recedes. The air station returned to "Destructive Weather Condition Five," meaning "all clear, normal operations," at noon. (Photo by A.C. Mink)
