Airman 1st Class Shaquile Garcias-Phillips of the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard talks with students of Madeline Leckie Elementary School as they paint and fashion their own bookshelves. Another Air Force airman leans in to motivate the students. Two hundred students from the school received a bookshelf that they were able to take home to launch Leckie's literacy program, "What's On Your Shelf?"
